Hiyaaaa! Have you heard the talk about – fast abs magic (search on google)? Ive heard some super things about it and my m8 got hot 6 pack abs and lost a ton of belly fat with it.
the thing about belly fat is that it is hormonal. You can burn it off with hard work but it is an uphill battle unless you address estrogens in your diet and the conversion of testosterone to estrogen in the body.
your inspirational. I have a question, I am over weight, I was just curiouse if a 3 minuit jog, 1 minuit sprint, 1 minuit walk over and over for 45 minuits would be beneficial to me. its an interval workout i love, and im really tired by the end.
Also if I do use like nautilus machines would that be OK? Do those on NON workout days? or on the same day as my HIIT?
So HIIT for an hour would be ok? I have a few mp3 etc that guide me though it?

@TheItalianPerson start weight trainin you would be burnin over 2k a day. 5-10 min cardio everyday or 1 hour once a week
is burning 500 calories a day good? or should i hit a higher number
I don’t think it’s necessarily WHAT you eat, it’s how much of each type of foods you eat. In other words, portion control, and extreme portion control for simple carbs.
@hiphopsocnroc orange juice has a fuck load of calories better off eating like 2 oranges
